There is a one-time registration fee of TSh 10,000 for tailors. This helps us maintain the quality of our platform and verify professional tailors. Customers can register and use basic features for free.

We accept all major Tanzanian payment methods including M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, CRDB, NMB, and Mixxy by Yas. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

Once you place an order, you'll receive email and in-app notifications at each stage of production. You can also log in to your account anytime to see the current status of all your orders.

After submitting your registration details and payment, our admin team typically verifies tailors within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved.
